Allons enfant de la patrie!!! Happy Bastille day Everyone!
Matt and I are in this little town calld Arc-de-tille, outside of Dijon finishing up our morning activities. It's been a very busy last couple of days, We finished up our first official Wine Route - La Cote d'Or. and we spent i imagine close to 300 dollars on four or five different bottles of wine. But it's ok because we figured we'd spend something liek that on wine.
The countryside is BEAUTIFUL. We stoped at several different wine towns along the road, and just took pictures, someo f which you can see in the slide show. Some of the most memorable views were from a small town in Orches, France, which is a town at the base of a clif, extrodinary views.overlooking the French country side.
All of the wine towns have been very quaint and quite beautiful to the eye, and I can't wait to start the next wine route.
Today, we're off to the city of Colmar, maybe do some work and celebrate the national holiday!
