Yes, yes I know, this is not a chronological blog but, I'm just going with the flow. i thought I'd tell you all about day two in london.
Most of the day was spent doing more touristy things. I think specifically that day we went to Buckingham Palace, but the days kinda all blendid together. I do rememer, however, that we stopped at Leicaster station so i could get play tickets.
When i was in London last year, I saw Avenue Q, and I absolutley loved it! I was able to get cheap tickets and great seats for about 40 dollars, so I said to myself, why not make it a tradition: see a play every time I am in London. So while preparing for my trip, I said, I'm going to see Wicked. I've read the book and loved the book, so I knew I wanted to see the play.
I got tickets for about the same price, and it was just wonderful. Totally worth it. After the play, we went to the fireworks on the lake, then finished up the night at the hostel. It was a good night.
