So, it is officially the end of the semester, and I survived! Even better, the kids survived! I'm very happy that it's the "holiday break" even though we have to go back on the 4th for Exams which makes no sense for me.
I was walking to Pete last night and i firmly believe that this post should be a two year post becasue you learn so much in the first semester on what is effective, how to run the class and how to overall be a good 'lecteur.' It doesn't help that most of us are unfamiliar with the system in general, therefore we're all kind of going into this position a little blind.
For example, the grades are between 0 and 20. The only issue is that no one ever gets 17-20, and only a few people ever get 16. So for me, the problem is why do 17-20 exist if no one ever gets them.
But what do I now, I just follow orders :)
