Well, the official Turkey day with the lecteurs was a huge success! Matt's food was a huge hit! My pies were again a huge hit! And everyone stuffed themselves silly. It was really a great night of fun, drinks and friends.
Matt is gone again :( Jamie sad. But he says he'll be back which I hope happens. We had a great time together, and the best part is, I didn't want to kill him! I couldn't really show him a lot of Nice because of work for ATC and for the Fac, but I showed him what I thought was important.
It also gave us a chance to really catch up with one another, and for me to tell him (and now you) that I am looking to stay in Nice for another year, this place, like a fungus, has grown on me. It'll give me another year to post-pone growing up, and still enjoy life while earning a decent living.
So let's hope all goes well! I'm off to Bordeaux this weekend. Should be a great weekend!
